Evidence vitamin is beneficial for Covid 19 (and cancer?)

According to an article in The Guardian today the part of Japan which has the highest dietary intake of this vitamin suffered not one single death from Covid 19. That is a remarkable fact. And which vitamin are we talking about?

Vitamin K. This vitamin is found in a variety of vegetables and fruits – spinach, broccoli, blueberries and also eggs and French cheese.

There is a caution though – people (like me) who are on warfarin (a blood thinning drug) need to exercise caution as Vitamin K is a blood clotting agent. That doesn’t mean avoiding vitamin K. It means juggling your intake of both vitamin K and warfarin so that both intakes are in the healthy range.
